[fedora-arm] Bugzilla Setup on Sheeva Plug/Fedora-ARM

Hi all,

 I was able to setup a Bugzilla server on the f-10 file system. Bugzilla
because it covers a set of dependencies - perl,mysql,cgi based web server
etc. Thanks to yum, it turned out to be a straight-foward task. :-)  The
basic steps etc. , I've put up on the openplug wiki -
