Oh!
After the koji-hub restarted, the builders (who nfs mount a directory
from the hub) need to re-mount their nfs mounts. I think that was
missing (after yesterday's crash), so the builders were unable to
access /mnt/koji.

Re-mounted all nfs mounts on all builders.
Things should work now.
