WIP - Fedora 8 theme

Oke here is a new mockup.

for the first time i LIKE the active window.. but now i don`t like the
inactive window.. o well.. that`s done in a fast way anyway.. inactive isn`t
importand at this moment. i`m gonna try and make the taskbak working in KDE.
stay tuned for more progres.
