To do list of echo-icon-theme

[Luya Tshimbalanga]

I created a wiki page[1] for the missing icons from echo-icon-theme
related to the menu. I think these missing icons should be a high
priority in order to make echo-icon-theme ready for Fedora 7 release.
Any artists interested should pick up an icon they want to develop.
