First batch of Category Echo icons complete

I noticed you created a new application-development. It looks better
than the old
model.

Some icons i.e. application-multimedia and application-game still have
light casted from upper-right. I will let pass application-game
thought due to the ace spade card position.

Application-office 22x2 and 24x24 icons should use less paper. Two
papers per folder should suffice.

Other than that, no further suggestion.

Luya. - stuck with assignments and couldn't find time to create new
echo icons. Next
two weeks should allow it.
