I don't remember address, but there's a site on the web with gpl'ed or cc'ed sounds. Ubuntu sounds are "associated" with Afrika. Fedora should be with America... But I don't want it. If you don't like birds on login, I must to think about something original. Maybe gentle note of piano? Or something smooth, XP-like? Futuristic as Vista? Its hard question.
