Parsix: Persian distro makes GNOME look good

I'm just wondering if there is a chance to make gnome panels also
adhere to fedora color scheme?

I'm amazed how Parsix made the gnome theme and gnome panels fit
together with their wallpaper.

Any chance of fedora going this route?
