Applying to the Art group in the Accounts System

I'll second the mandatory self-introduction idea. Requiring a minor task 
like a hackergotchi or something from the design queue will end up 
potentially running those areas dry and then someone who wants to get 
involved has to wait for something new to show up. Last I saw, 
hackergotchi designing is already covered pretty fast.
