KDE4 splashes made out of Waves RHGB and Oxygen icons

I made Waves splash out of recently posted Waves RHGB, but mizmo said
repositioning of "Fedora" word is bad idea and suggested to make
second version (Waves2) with icons on bottom.

In both versions icons slide and fade in while KDE services are loaded.
