I'll snag this (Waves2) and put it into fedora-logos and marked as the
default splash.

Re: licensing
The theme is currently devoid of any explicit licensing, so I'd like to
solicit suggestions from the art folks here.  Should we have an explicit
license attributed to this work?  If so, what?  (Pavel sounds open to
attribute it as needed).
