There's been an answer, and hopefully we'll see better sync with 
upstream (also upstream provides a yum repository as well for latest SVN 
head, at  the home_mrdocs repository, from OpenSuSE 
[http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mrdocs/]).
