[Echo] New object-* icon set draft (part 1)

The metaphor is good. Now for the design:
        * You can use darker orange for the gradient, with more
        contrast.
        * The icons for 48x48 and smaller are far too small
        * The brightest spots should be on top and little to right, not
        left, on front faces
        * 22x22 should use flat perspective
        * The icons are a little blurry
        
I have fixed all the above mentioned issues, check the attachment.
