[fedora-astronomy] [Wiki] SIGs page and translations.

Hi everybody,

I think we should add the Astronomy SIG on this page :
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs
I'm quite new to the fp so I do not know if I'm allowed to modifiy this
page.

Then I think it will be a good idea to ask your local translation team to
translate this page.

What do you think about those two points ?
