plague-builder initscript patch

[Ignacio Vazquez-Abrams]

The attached patch adds initscript capability to plague-builder, among
other things.

The file daemonize.py was taken from the ASPN Python Cookbook at
http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Cookbook/Python.
