I've added the following pages to the wiki:
Plague/Targets
Plague/ServerConfig
Plague/BuilderConfig
Plague/WebSetup

Dan, I'd appreciate if you could go over those and add/correct as  
needed, since I don't know what all the config options do.  Once  
you've done that we can link to them from the main Plague page.

Chris, I think you can just create an account and then be able to  
create new pages, but I may be wrong :)
