The last attempt shows:

cvs checkout: warning: cannot open /cvs/pkgs/CVSROOT/val-tags
read/write: Permission denied (not sure if this is a bad thing yet)

Downloading mediawiki-1.9.3.tar.gz...
error:
File /tmp/koji/tasks/89910/cvs/rpms/mediawiki/devel/mediawiki-1.10.0.tar.gz:
No such file or directory

Looks like maybe the sources file wasn't tagged with the right cvs tag.

This task is the one you're probably concerned with:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=89866&name=srpm.log

I'm not entirely certain how that produced a .fc8 srpm at the end of
it, looking into it.
