I don't think it was discussed anywhere all that publically. With RHEL5
anaconda was designed to be able to read from multiple "Products" within an
install tree, such as Client/ Workstation/ VT/ etc.. each with it's own tree
of rpms and yum repodata. We're also moving the base/ directory out, it
shouldn't be needed. There is no need to add an exteraneous RPMS/ directory
in.
