Fedora 12 Beta blocker?

It happens infrequently. When it happens, restarting or resizing your
panel or restarting your notification-area-applet will make it go away.

That means a) it is hard to track down and b) it probably does not have
to block the beta. 

On the plus side, we have come significantly closer to tracking it down
today.
