This doesn't look like it requires an ecj executable, but having one
would still be useful.  GNU Classpath for example expects to
find /usr/bin/ecj when configured --with-ecj.  Right now I just create a
link:

/usr/bin/ecj -> /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/javac
