[fedora-java] eclipse wtp + tomcat5 couldn't work

Without the success of ADD a NEW SERVER RUNTIME to eclipse.
There will be no available Target Server to be selected while
creating a new project of "Dynamic Web Project".
I think what i need to do is try to add the server in first.
