Kerberos doesn't do these things itself, because Kerberos is just
authentication.

ssh is a special-purpose authentication system accompanied by utilities
that use that system. In the case of Kerberos, the analogues would be all
the utilities and applications (such as krcp, XFree86, etc.) that have
been Kerberized.

So, it is possible to do the same things on a Kerberized system as with 
ssh, just not all with stuff included in Kerberos proper.
