rsync and rawhide

I have to wonder, then, whether the bandwidth is considered to be cheaper
than the hardware. I would guess that RedHat spends quite a bit of money
allowing free downloads from ftp.redhat.com. This will only increase as
the products become more popular, and larger. The price of bandwidth doesn't
seem to be dropping anywhere near the same rate.
