This is messy... I spent all weekend trying to figure how to get dri
1.3.0.
While I was messing around I was getting 595 fps in glxgears (wrong
version of dri, no XvMC...). Once finished back to 445.
When it finally does work it is magical (the unichrome driver). The code
is solid and built on Alan's base code. It should be in Fedora Core 2.
Cleaning up the 3D stuff may have a political agenda attached?
