Bind doesn't ship with an /etc/named.conf - so I'm not sure how it could
run fine right after installation.

/etc/logrotate.d/named
/etc/rc.d/init.d/named
/etc/rndc.conf
/etc/rndc.key
/etc/sysconfig/named

rndc.conf is not named's config file
