Definition of Open Source [was Re: pine: UW permission to distribute]

Thank you Havoc, that's exactly what I've been asking for.  I would say 
this should be reflected on fedora.redhat.com somewhere.

It is now clear to me that pine has no place in Fedora Core/Extras. 
I'll see about publishing it on rpm.livna.org instead.
