Why are there only i686 and i586 Version of glibc and kernel?-- not "lite" (386/486 @ 400MHz+, 256MB RAM)

I'd like to see a simplified version of this:

Fedora Core (similar to a minimal install)

Fedora (The main distribution, similar to current Core)

Fedora Extras (similar to current fedora.us, but with the occasional
ISOs being pushed out for easier distribution)
