I was just looking into it. I was speaking of gal, but I already figured
out I should have been speaking of libgal2. I don't know if it's me, but
I am having some trouble finding my way around Ximian's website. But at
least I can find bugzilla ;) .

Would the ABI changes render the newer libgal2 useless for use with
evolution-1.4.5-7? If not I could give the new libgal2 a try and see if
it fixes the crash I am seeing.

That would be great. If you would decide against it, could we at least
have a bugfix update for
