flac package incompatibilty

Isn't it worth maintaining compatibility with previous fedora.us 
(aka,soon-to-be Fedora Extras) releases?

Else, at least please add
Obsoletes: flac-libs <= %epoch:%version
Provides: flac-libs = %epoch:%version
