Proposing inclusion of a new package

Hi all,

I created a bug regarding trying to get my application distributed with 
Fedora Core, but apparently that's not the way it gets done with Fedora 
(it is with Gentoo).

The application is gPHPEdit and I've just released version 0.9.50.  To

Anyway, if someone fancies either going ahead and including it in the 
distro or pointing me to the procedure for getting it included (or
