HI,

Its called ibmonitor - an interactive bandwidth monitor.
See more at http://ibmonitor.sourceforge.net

Its right now in the stable RPM list of Fedora extras and I would 
dearly (for the love of all mankind) like to see it feature 
in the main Fedora distribution.

for more insights.

I would very much appreciate any comments, suggestions 
from the Fedora community regarding this.
