Kernel/iptables conflict

I installed the newest kernel (2.6.12-1.1482_FC5), and it still doesnt
work: /proc/acpi/sleep (or any files in /proc/acpi) doesn't exist. So it
is a bit hard to put it in suspend :)

Nevertheless, the battery meter/charge indicator in the gnome panel
works without a hitch...
