Which is what I wrote above ("non-free plugins package").

The KDE used for that would be a stripped-down one, however, and at the
dangers of repeating myself, you cannot link a KDE app like Juk against a
library like libtunepimp if it depends on an mp3 decoder. GStreamer
plugins only gives you part of the fun.
