With a little bit of work, it also fulfills the "Works for Windows 
clients" requirement.  Probably someone with this need also can put 
together an installer (msi or another) to do the dirty work.

Hopefully 2.0 will be ready by FC4, because that'll be a huge leap in 
scalability and easier configuration for a larger number of clients.
