Hi,

For what is worth the following packages have already been updated to
3.4rc1 in cvs (http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/devel/):
- kdeaddons
- kdeadmin
- kdebase
- kdegames
- kdegraphics
- kdelibs
- kdenetwork

Taking that into account, I think you won't have to wait for much longer
(but I could be wrong).  :)
