Oh, you're very right.  Try dragging and dropping a link to the desktop
(which prompts you to link or download there).  That prompt dialog NEVER
has focus, requiring me to make the extra step of focusing it.  What
should be easier (dragging and dropping onto my desktop) becomes harder
than Saving As.
