Please file bugs like this against Fedora Infrastructure under the
'update system' component from now on.

This process is automated.. but where you have automation, you have a
fan waiting to be hit by shit.

The update system already goes out and grabs the url for the archived
update mail, so I'll add periodic checks to make sure that all update
mails that were supposed to go out actually do.
