Does Core have an accurate count of packages which are built against libraries from firefox?

well, Jeff makes it perfectly clear that he thinks firefox has a special
problem.  I'm still in favor of some kind of generic solution, because
I know I've broken a few downstream packages in my time :-( ... but
perhaps firefox needs some extra mechanism.
