libsysfs disappearing

I don't have that strong an opinion of it. The upstream may or may
not deprecate it for new projects, but that's orthogonal to what Fedora
does. Generally, if it's needed for an app, it will be in Fedora, and
if it's not needed by any apps, it won't....
