With owners.list I used to d/l owners.list and grep/sed the CSVs inside
to get "me":"package" lists.

What I would like to see is something like

an URL
http://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/users/packages/[USERNAME]?format=list
returning a flat list.
