PulseAudio is now enabled by default on new Fedora installs

The one I currently have installed is from the site I linked to before 
(http://pulseaudio.revolutionlinux.com/ ), and follows the following 
overrides:

PulseAudio -> ESound -> ALSA -> OSS -> internal Flash support (ALSA)
