Pardon? What? ;)

FC-3, FC-4 and FC-5 have reached end-of-life. While you can still
modify the files in CVS, you cannot build any packages for those
dists anymore. "Syncing builds" is not possible.

Plus, I believe your F-7 branch is missing. And you've not synced all the
changes in 'devel' to the other branches anyway.
