The JVM, and how you always wind up needing a different jvm for each
application.  And every bug you have to update the base OS for,
you /also/ have to update each and every jvm for as well, since it
duplicates most things from the base os.  Just ask any seasoned
sysadmin that has more than a few Java apps in production what fun the
last timezone data update was.

In past experiences, jvm performance has been very poor, especially
after the second or third one is spun up.

There is little to no love in the Fedora Infrastructure team for Java
based applications, so I would expect a lot of pushback on using such a
thing in production.
