RPM roadmapping

- Separated summary and description section

Since currently package description is mostly written in english, it's
not very friendly to non-english people.
And the rpm spec is mostly maintained by one person, for whom
maintaining i18n-summary such as Summary(zh): Summray(jp) is too hard.

Any good ideas?

Mercury: gpm isn't a very good web browser.  fix it.
