This should probably go to php-extras SRPM in FC <= 6 which already
provide php-mhash, php-mcrypt, ... from php sources (because
dependencies are in Extras)

For F7 it's probably a good idea to merge php and php-extras, since all
dependencies are now in the "Fedora" repository.
