As well as that, add-on packages at the moment are named tetex-foo,
which will clearly be confusing for users after a move to texlive. A
package naming policy is needed for add on packages, with either
tex-foo or latex-bar being obvious choices, depending on whether
they're add on packages for tex, or latex.I've previously mentioned
this on this list, but noone cared :)
