TaskJuggler.

TaskJuggler is an unusual application in that the UI is really just a viewer of the underlying data.  To change a task, etc. adjustments are made to the source file.  The real value provided by TaskJuggler is the ability to track tasks, time and resources.  There are other apps that make prettier reports, but don't give you as much power when it comes to scheduling and tracking a project.
