This shouldnt be part of a schedule. The schedule assumes that everyone 
involved knows what a string freeze means. If that requires explanation 
the schedule can link to the developers guide.

The developer's guide needs to be updated to take into account current 
practices.

Fedora Infrastructure. I assume you are willing to be the owner leading 
this effort.

I am not familiar with with all the graphs, notations and colors mean as 
compared to the specifications in the wiki which are quite easy to 
understand. I have no problem with you moving forward but I want to make 
sure I and others can understand what is being described in these 
documents. Would you care to explain that a bit?
