Test NetworkManager-openvpn?

I just discovered that Selinux was again denying NetworkManager-vpnc to 
function while operating NetworkManager in --no-daemon mode for 
debugging.  We had the same problem before F7.

Can someone test the equivalent for NetworkManager-openvpn with Selinux 
enforcing enabled?  Please test it in both "service NetworkManager 
start" and "NetworkManager --no-daemon" mode to be sure both are 
functioning properly.
