There is a later version of this library, 0.14.1. It may build where
this older version doesn't, I don't know for sure.

I have verified and tested that the three things in Mandriva which use
rasterbar libtorrent - deluge, miro, and springlobby - can build and
work with this version of libtorrent (there's trivial patches for deluge
and springlobby in Mandriva SVN if needed). I don't know if Fedora has
any other rasterbar libtorrent-dependent apps which may work with 0.13
and not with 0.14.
