New font packaging guidelines

Okay looking more closely DejaVu fonts are in the default search for
several font families
The default font family is sans.  It does support serif and mono optionally.

Do I need to just dep on dejavu-fonts-sans? Or should I dep on all the
optional DejaVu fonts as well?
